Yes, we accept major credit cards, but do have a 3% processing fee.

How long is an estimate good for?

Our estimates are good for a calendar year.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty on any plant material that was purchased and installed by our company. Most of the risk associated with planting new plants is assumed within the first 4 months of installation. If a plant dies within 4 months of planting we will install a new plant at no cost to you. If a plant dies after the 4-month mark, you will receive a free plant however you will be assessed a labor charge to come and replant the dead plant material. On hardscape projects, patios, retaining walls, fire pits and more we offer a two year warranty on workmanship. Most all products we install have a lifetime warranty.

After my lawn is fertilizer how long do I have to wait to be on lawn?

It is recommended to stay off yard for 24 hours, also recommend to give lawn a good watering after fertilizer is put down.

When should I aerate my yard?

Aeration is typically done in the fall and spring, aeration in the fall is often done with overseeding. Aeration is recommended at minimum every other year, aeration helps with soil compaction and thatching. New construction or heavily foot traffic areas benefit the most.

How often should I water new plants, shrubs or trees?

Water immediately after planting, let the water soak in and soil should be moist. For first week water daily and then following weeks water 2-3 times a week depending on weather.

What are the benefits of mulching?

Mulch are a natural weed preventer and also critical for keep plants and shrubs cool and also retaining moisture. Even if your bed is rock, we still will mulch around base of plants/shrubs when we install them.

How often should I mow?

During peak season it is common to mow once a week, later in summer it maybe once every two weeks depending on irrigation, we recommend mowing in evening or morning and avoid mowing when it is hot out. If you can wait, try to mow before rain or during a cold front. Middle of summer mow your lawn at the highest setting on mower.
